Do I need to install anything?
No. The visit runs in your phone's web browser. Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android both work. Laptops and tablets work too.
Is it private?
Yes. Video visits run on a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Nothing is recorded, and only the pharmacist you are talking to can see you.
What can I ask about?
How to take a medication, side effects, interactions with other medications or supplements, refills and transfers, immunizations, or anything you'd ask at the counter.
When is a pharmacist available?
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Scan the code any time, day or night, and a licensed Phoenix pharmacist will join you in the waiting room.
What if I'm at the Phoenix Rx Kiosk?
