Your prescription, filled before you leave.
A 24/7 self-service prescription kiosk, placed where care happens. Your provider sends the prescription, a licensed Phoenix pharmacist reviews it over video, and your medication is in your hand in minutes. No counter. No line. No waiting for a store to open.
- Open 24/7
- English & Spanish
- Pay by card
- Not in stock? We deliver
Minutes, not days
Your provider sends the prescription, a pharmacist reviews it, and the kiosk dispenses it. Most patients walk away with medication before they leave the building.
Open 24/7
No store hours to plan around. If your prescription is at the kiosk, walk up whenever it suits you, day or night.
A pharmacist on video
Every prescription is reviewed by a licensed Phoenix pharmacist over the kiosk's video handset. Have a question? Ask it, just like at a counter.
Four steps. One visit.
Three people are involved: your provider, a Phoenix pharmacist, and you. Nothing about your visit changes except how you leave it.
- 01 Your provider
Sends your prescription to the kiosk
Your doctor or clinic sends the prescription electronically, the same way they would to any pharmacy. You can still choose a different pharmacy if you prefer.
- 02 Our pharmacist
Reviews it and checks your insurance
A licensed Phoenix pharmacist reviews the medication, runs your insurance, and is available over video to answer questions before anything is dispensed.
- 03 You
Walk up, verify, sign and pay
On the touch screen, in English or Spanish: confirm your date of birth, review your medication and price, sign with your finger, and pay by card. Tap, swipe or insert.
- 04 The kiosk
Dispenses your medication
Your sealed medication drops to the pickup chamber, and your receipt and label print right there. That's it.
If the kiosk doesn't have your medication, Phoenix Pharmacy delivers it within 24 hours, often within 4 to 6 hours, or sends it to the pharmacy you choose. The kiosk adds an option; it never removes one.
Built for the people on both sides of the prescription.
For patients
Leave your appointment with your medication instead of a piece of paper. Open around the clock, in English and Spanish, with no line and no counter. If something isn't stocked, we deliver it.
For providers and clinics
See what the kiosk has in stock before you prescribe, so your patient starts therapy the same day. Nothing changes in how you write prescriptions, and fewer of them go unfilled.
For host sites
Urgent care, hospital discharge, campuses, employers, long-term-care communities. The kiosk fits through a standard doorway, plugs into one outlet, and Phoenix installs, stocks and staffs it remotely.
Self-service, never unsupervised.
A kiosk should be as safe as a counter. Ours is designed so that it is.
Every fill teaches the kiosk something.
Every dispense creates data. Our AI learns from it to keep the right medications in stock, personalize what we offer at checkout, and connect patients to the care they need, with a pharmacist approving every recommendation.
These features are on our roadmap and will roll out in phases after launch.
- Coming Smarter stocking
Our AI will learn what each location prescribes most and reorder before a medication runs out.
- Coming Pharmacist-approved suggestions
At checkout, the kiosk will suggest supplements and over-the-counter products that pair well with your prescription. A pharmacist approves every recommendation.
- Coming A door to more care
For patients with COPD prescriptions such as inhalers, the kiosk will introduce the Aera Health breathing-support program, a sister Frontline Healthcare company.
Thousand Oaks, California.
Opening late September 2026
225 W. Hillcrest Dr., Unit 111Thousand Oaks, CA 91360
Co-located with Frontline Healthcare's office and clinic, with remote pharmacist coverage and Spanish-language screens from day one. More locations are coming across Southern California and beyond.
The kiosk is one more way to reach Phoenix Pharmacy. Our La Palma store, delivery, immunizations and pharmacist reviews are all still here.
Urgent care, hospitals, campuses, employers, long-term-care communities: Phoenix installs, stocks and staffs the kiosk. You provide the doorway and the outlet.

The kiosk has a video handset built in. If you'd rather use your own phone, or you have a question before you get to the kiosk, scan the code. No app, no account. A licensed pharmacist joins you in the waiting room.
