Every Phoenix delivery is made by a CPhT-certified technician on our payroll, in our van, wearing a Phoenix lab coat. They can answer "what's this for?" at the door and they're trained to handle DEA-Schedule-II handoffs — DoorDash can't do either.

Delivery questions.

Can you deliver controlled substances?
Yes. Schedule III–V controlled substances can be delivered to your door with a signature. Schedule II (e.g. Adderall, oxycodone) require ID verification at the door — our techs are trained for this. Federal law applies; we follow it strictly.
What if no one's home?
For most prescriptions, we'll leave the package in a secure spot you specify (porch, side gate). For controls or refrigerated items, we'll come back at a scheduled time — no extra charge — or hold it at the pharmacy.
Do you deliver weekends?
Saturdays, no — the pharmacy is closed weekends. If something is urgent on a weekend, call our after-hours line and we'll figure it out (LTC partners have 24/7 STAT).
Refrigerated medications?
Insulin, GLP-1s, biologics, and other cold-chain items ship in temperature-validated coolers with ice packs. We log handoff time and confirm in-fridge placement at the door.
Can I pay at the door?
Yes — credit card via mobile reader, or check. Most patients prefer cards on file so the driver hands them the bag and walks away.
