Two product types, two policies. Supplements and OTC items ship by carrier or are available for free local delivery and pickup. Prescriptions follow stricter rules — federal and California pharmacy law require in-person or signature delivery, and dispensed medications generally cannot be returned.

Where we ship
We ship supplements and OTC items to all 50 U.S. states and to APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally.
Order processing
Orders placed by 2pm Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day. We don't ship on federal holidays.
Prescription delivery
Filled prescriptions follow a different process because dispensing is regulated.

Returns & refunds — supplements & OTC
If a sealed Metagenics or OTC item isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be unopened, unexpired, and in resalable condition.

Get a label
We email a prepaid USPS label within one business day. Local? Drop it off, no label needed.
Ship or drop off
Pack the item with the original seal intact. Drop at any USPS box.
Refund in 5 days
We refund to your card within five business days of receipt — or sooner if you'd like store credit.
Restocking fees
None on supplements returned within 30 days. After 30 days we offer store credit at our discretion.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, take a photo and email orders@phoenixpharmacy.com within 7 days. We replace or refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost.
Returns — prescriptions
Federal and California law prohibit returning a dispensed prescription medication for resale. Once a medication has left our pharmacy, we cannot put it back into stock. The exceptions are narrow and we follow them carefully:
- Pharmacy error: if we dispensed the wrong drug, wrong strength, or wrong directions, return the medication and we'll replace it and refund you fully.
- Recall: if a manufacturer or the FDA recalls a medication, we'll contact you with return instructions and a refund.
- Unused medication disposal: drop unused medications at our pharmacy any time we're open. We dispose of them safely. No fee, no questions.
Refrigerated & cold-chain items
Insulin, GLP-1s, biologics, and other cold-chain items ship Monday through Wednesday only, with insulated packaging and ice packs validated to maintain 2–8°C for 48 hours. We log handoff time and confirm in-fridge placement at the door for local deliveries.
